Seeking Account Rep to join established Recruiting firm in the high-tech industry. Our firm has an aggressive marketing and advertising program and we need an additional account representative to cold call into companies and develop new accounts. We offer recruiting and contract staffing services to businesses. The position also allows the opportunity to work from your home office.
In this position you will call on high-tech companies, send marketing literature and develop client relationships. You will acquire job orders for both permanent and contract positions. You will submit candidates for open positions and get feedback from the client. You set and prepare candidates for interviews, follow-up and negotiate placements.
Requirement:
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Energetic personality
- Previous cold-calling experience with strong closing skills is a plus
- Ability to comfortably call on managers, directors and executive level personnel
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks and follow-up on a timely basis
- Available 8-5 M-F Pacific time
