Job Description :
Customer service agents will be accepting in-bound phone calls from catering customers, placing catering orders and dealing with customer issues. The pay is $10 per hour and will require 10-40 hours of work per week depending on call volume. As it gets closer to the holiday season, there will be a higher call volume and, therefore, more hours available to employees. Please note that a mandatory two week in-house training session will be held in the Lakewood/Golden area off of I-70 and Denver West Boulevard.
Requirements:
- Must be self-directed and self motivated.
- Must be able to type at least 35 wpm and have accurate data entry skills.
- Must have at least 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Intermediate computer and phone skills. Ability to toggle between and work within numerous programs at one time.
- Ability to communicate clearly, with a pleasant phone voice and proper use of grammar in a professional manner.
- Ability to work varying shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Mon. – Fri. and at least one day each weekend.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Must be available to work your assigned shifts the whole week of Thanksgiving including Thanksgiving day.
- HS Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
The equipment requirements for the Virtual Customer Service Agents include:
- A home office environment free from noise and distractions.
- A PC (not a MAC) with Windows 2000 XP or greater.
- A Reliable high speed internet connection (i.e, DSL etc.)
- A noise reducing/eliminating headset.
