Position: Home Based Associate

Job Description: Technekes Associates handle outbound and/​or inbound calls in the comfort of their home to growers across the United States.​ The calls deal with grower’s choice and use of seed and chemicals.​ Our responsibility is to capture grower feedback and concerns, either about growing conditions or products, and pass that feedback on to our client.​

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound/​ inbound calls
• Handle Click to Chat sessions
• Answer questions regarding product
• Updates records and note system as required
• Complete assigned activities of the account operation function; directly responsible for maintaining a  positive calling experience, and successfully reporting customer complaints and issues
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Capture and document appropriate information
• Proactively communicate risks or issues to management staff
• Share best practices with peers in order to improve overall performance

Credentials:

• Knowledge of customer service techniques
• Agriculture knowledge
• Appropriate use of the English language; spelling, grammar, and punctuation as well as pronunciation and sentence structure
• Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with a variety of clients, customers, and company staff
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written
• Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and computer applications provided by the Company.​
• Multi-tasking capabilities

Education Requirements:

• High School Dipolma

Education Additions:

• Graduation from an accredited four-year or two-year college or university is preferred but not required
• Completed Agricultural related coursework at a college or university is a plus as well
