Home Job Post: Lead Generator (Hourly Pay)

Job Description: We are currently hiring 2 Lead Generators. The right candidate will have at least 1 year generating leads, setting appointments or telemarketing. Business to Business experience preferred. These are true COLD CALLING positions with very few “warm” leads. Various shifts available.

You will be cold calling to locate passive candidates that may be interested in our client’s opportunities.

Requirements: - Minimum of one year in a telemarketing, outgoing/outbound calling, sales or lead generator position
- Must have good tenure with prior employers
- Must have a minimum of an Associate degree, or qualifying work experience
- Must work in a separate home office with doors
- Proficiency on computers and various software systems are required. (ie. Microsoft Office, ATS systems etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.
