Position: Home Based Associate

Job Description: Technekes Associates handle outbound and/or inbound calls in the comfort of their home to growers across the United States. The calls deal with grower’s choice and use of seed and chemicals. Our responsibility is to capture grower feedback and concerns, either about growing conditions or products, and pass that feedback on to our client.

Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound/ inbound calls
• Handle Click to Chat sessions
• Answer questions regarding product
• Updates records and note system as required
• Complete assigned activities of the account operation function; directly responsible for maintaining a positive calling experience, and successfully reporting customer complaints and issues
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Capture and document appropriate information
• Proactively communicate risks or issues to management staff
• Share best practices with peers in order to improve overall performance
Credentials:
• Knowledge of customer service techniques
• Agriculture knowledge
• Appropriate use of the English language; spelling, grammar, and punctuation as well as pronunciation and sentence structure
• Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with a variety of clients, customers, and company staff
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written
• Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and computer applications provided by the Company.
• Multi-tasking capabilities
Education Requirements:
• High School Dipolma
Education Additions:
• Graduation from an accredited four-year or two-year college or university is preferred but not required
• Completed Agricultural related coursework at a college or university is a plus as well
