Customer Service Representative ($8.50/hr)
Inbound call customer service position that will assist our customers with statement questions and order disputes. Essential Responsibilities: (not limited to)
· Talk to customers by phone to answer statement questions and to resolve order disputes.
· Processes requests, verifies and validates all information provided by the member prior to submission.
· Ensures policies and procedures are followed when working with a florist.
· Accurately documents all calls in the application.
· Professionally responds to incoming calls and emails.
· Provides our customers with quality service by following the defined processes and procedures.
Reservation Agent ($10/ hr)
This is a legitimate part time, seasonal home based position working for the world’s leading recreation reservation company. Our seasonal needs are expected to run though early September with a chance for future regular (12 month per year) part-time status.
Inside Sales Representative ($12/hr)
We are looking for driven sales people that have a proven track record of sales skills with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales based environment. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a customer. Self-motivating with the desire to set and exceed goals on a daily basis. Contact Center experience is preferred but not required.
