Our team of Special Virtual Operations Assistants are an integral part of the services our company provides to our clients.

As a virtual assistant, you will be assigned to complete projects based on your abilities and experience in completing past assignments for our company.

Compensation is paid hourly. The number of hours you work each week will depend on the projects you are assigned. In general, we start new Virtual Assistants at $8-$10/hr and try to provide at least 10 – 15 hours of work each week. Once you’ve established yourself as dependable and committed to quality excellence, your compensation will increase and more work will be available.

Established Virtual Assistants average 30-40 hours per week.

The types of projects you will work on will vary, but can include:

1. Customer Service:
*Answering in-bound calls for our clients. These calls will be from their customers who are responding to advertisements and will usually involve taking orders for products, helping setup new accounts, and other customer service duties.
*Responding to customer e-mail communications regarding order satisfaction, product inquiries, etc.

2. Internet Services
*Monitoring customer interactions in membership websites, including chat-rooms and message boards.
*Providing online support to customers using live-chat technology

3. Personal Assistant
*Providing personal administrative assistant duties to a specific client.
*Managing schedules, handling phone messages, correspondence, etc.

4. Financial Services
*Data Entry and book keeping
*Managing receipts and reimbursement requests

5. Quality Assurance
*Reviewing completed projects and assuring they exceed customer expectations.

Skill Requirements:
*Previous Customer Service Experience
*Previous Administrative Experience
*Previous experience working at home
*Professional, courteous verbal skills
*Professional written skills
*Experience with basic computer programs, including Office, Windows, Outlook.

Home Office Requirements. Must have home office equipped with:
*Dedicated Phone Line
*Computer with Windows
*Fax capabilities
*High-speed internet
*Quiet working environment free from distractions

Details:
This is an independent contractor position. You will be responsible for your own expenses, such as phone and internet services. Special expenses related to specific projects may be reimbursed by the company on an individual basis.

Compensation is paid weekly. Payment is made by check, direct deposit or Paypal.

Hours worked are flexible. However, there may be specific shifts required for certain projects, such as answering inbound customer service calls. Additionally, if you are assigned to provide virtual assistant services to a specific client, that client may have special time requirements. In general, our work is done during standard business hours.
